Globally, GSK is amongst the largest pharmaceutical organisations, employing over 100,000 people and operating in 116 markets across the world. GSK supplies over 4 billion packs of medication and healthcare products annually, and over one quarter of the world’s vaccines.

GSK has significantly large operations within Australia, and the business works in two key operating groups – Consumer Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

Based in New South Wales, the Consumer Healthcare division manages well-known brands such as Panadol®, NicabateCQ®, Macleans®, Sensodyne®, Ribena® and Zovirax™. The Pharmaceutical division, based primarily in Victoria, manages the production of hundreds of medicines and vaccines for ailments ranging from migraines and asthma, to HIV and cancer.
